Browsers we recommend
These browsers can be used - we generally recommend you use the latest versions:
Internet Explorer 9 Settings
- Click on Tools -> Internet options -> Security -> Trusted site -> click on "Sites" button -> add the website and click on "Close" button.
- To Enable the Java -> open IE -> Go to Tools -> Click on Manage Add-ons -> You will be able to see the below pop message:
Internet Explorer 10 & 11 Settings

Google Chrome (version below 31) Settings
- Go to "Customize and settings" -> Click on "Options"
- Go to "Under the Hood" tab and click on "Content settings..." in options window
- Go to "JavaScript" tab -> Select “Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)” in content settings window
- Go to "Plug-ins" tab -> Select “Allow all sites to use plug-ins (recommended)” in content settings window
Google Chrome (version 31 & above) Settings
- Go to Customize and control google chrome -> Click on Settings
- Click on “Show advance settings” hyperlink, and Click on "Content settings" button
- Select "Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended)" under JavaScripts in content settings window
Mozilla Firefox (version below 21) Settings
- Go to Tools -> Options, and Click on “Content” in options window -> Select “Enable JavaScript”
- Click on “General” tab -> Click on “Manage Add-ons”, and click on “Extensions” in Add-ons window -> Select Java Console (version 6.0 and above) and click on “Enable” button
Mozilla Firefox (version 21 & above) Settings
- Go to "Tools" (Press Alt key) or "Open menu" -> Click on "Add-ons"
- Go to "Plugins" -> Choose "Always Active" for Java(TM) Platform version 6 & above
